ABOUT
I have always had a passion for movement and deeper workings of the human body.
Originally I had trained as a sports therapist and weight lifting coach in Coleg Powys, Wales over 20 years ago and have been involved within the health and fitness industry in varying roles ever since.
I have had the privilege of working around the world on cruise ships and as well as teaching BodyBalance and BodyPump for Les Mills UK as a trainer and presenter.
It was during this time that I developed an interest in Yoga, Pilates and the deeper workings of the body, leading me to pursue qualifications in Hatha and Yin yoga, Classical Pilates, Biomechanics and Franklin method.
I continue to develop knowledge, skill and education with up regular workshops, yoga and pilates and relevant courses.
I have also gained qualifications in yoga philosophy and history, breath work for anxiety and stress as well as meditation.
Taking my teaching one step further I became a teacher trainer in posture analysis/movement correction, bio mechanics education, i move freely and Seasonal Yoga.
I am currently based in the Farnham and Guilford area, and teach a variety of classes at local clubs and studios as well as run 1 to 1 private sessions for individual needs.
