Identify the issue
Through out my time in the industry I’ve seen a lot of issues relating to posture. From athletes and weight lifters to people in the yoga and Pilates world and everything in between.
I’ve noticed a lot of people's issues stem down simply to the way that they hold themselves.
Posture= The carriage of the body as a whole, the attitude of the body or the position of the limbs.
Simply put “The position you hold your self in?”
As a trainer my passion is to learn more about what affects different bodies and how to correct faulty movement patterns.
I have learnt that one size doesn't fit all and believe that with tailor made programmes and classes, we can realign our bodies to improve pain, posture and movement.
