Biomechanics and posture workshop

This is a 4 part workshop on how you can get the best out of your body and movement.

The emphasis being on how you can improve your posture, limit back pain and uncomfortable niggles from within the body, and learn some really helpful tips on how you can move better for life. 

This workshop is open to anyone who may benefit and I will be providing educational material to help you understand the body better. And of course, lots of practical to help embody the feeling of each movement.

This workshop will run on Tuesday evenings at 6pm til 7pm (On-line) and again on Friday morning at 9am in case you miss a session.

Recordings also available.

This will begin on Tuesday April the 6th and will continue for 4 weeks.
